Heart On My Sleeve

Happy Thursday Everyone!

This is a really short post to tell you why I've been MIA since April. 

Well, it's because we bought the house. Surprise! 

It took us close to 2 years to finally purchase a home, but we did it. I think one of the reasons that it took us this long, was the fact that we couldn't decide whether we wanted to go for the size , the location or the finishes. At the end, we found a place that was the middle ground of all three. It's kind-a in the right zip code, it was somewhat updated and it's mostly the size I wanted. 

On another hand, scratch the "somewhat" updated part. After few weeks of owning this place, I decided to turn the "somewhat" into a massive project. And this is why I've been MIA. My life currently revolves around work and house reno.  And yes, we are the DIYers... not by choice tho'. 

Anyways, I'll tell you guys more about that later. Since, I will be adding a new HOUSE page to this blog that will primarily deal with everything home.
