Chambray Ruffle Dress

Oh no I didn't...

I know, I told myself that I will not succumb to the allure of this chambray dress... But obviously I have no will power when it comes to the off shoulder dresses and tops, so when I saw this dress, I knew that I had to have it. Sadly, it's a little too short for me, but it would look absolutely adorable on someone shorter.
